We’re kicking off 2026 with energy and purpose. Our EMPOWERed Careers workshop series continues on 29 January, this time exploring how to cultivate a healthy mindset around career success.
Building on previous sessions covering goal setting, communication, CV writing, and job interviews, this workshop brings together Executive Coach Nidhi Kush Shah and a panel of inspiring speakers who will share their perspectives on what career success truly means.

Nidhi Kush Shah
Nidhi Kush Shah is an entrepreneur, executive coach, author, and motivational speaker with deep expertise in resilience, mindset, communication, and leadership. She helps individuals and organisations navigate uncertainty, build mental strength, and elevate performance through practical frameworks and insightful coaching. Nidhi is the author of Becoming Bold, Brave, and Brilliant and has supported leaders across industries to cultivate resilience and self-awareness in both professional and personal contexts. Born in India and based in Hong Kong, she combines her global experience with a passion for inspiring others to rise through adversity and lead with confidence.

Gregory Franc de Ferrière
Gregory Franc de Ferrière is Head of Products for Wireless Enterprise Headsets at Logitech. He leads global product strategy and innovation across key B2B audio categories, driving growth and market impact in enterprise markets. With over a decade at Logitech, Gregory brings deep experience in navigating change, scaling products, P&L leadership, and market-focused product development.

Jhalak Sheth
Born and raised in Hong Kong to Indian immigrant parents, EMPOWER Alumni Jhalak studied Education and Social Science at the University of HK before becoming a Learning Enhancement Teacher at an international school. Outside the classroom, she finds balance through photography, sports, and nature walks. Her professional journey has tested and strengthened her resilience in ways she expects will continue as her career evolves.

Lily Kwok
Lily Kwok is a financial services executive with more than three decades of extensive experience in business development and client relationship management for institutional investors. Currently, she serves as a Wealth Management Advisor, providing tailored solutions to high-net-worth individuals. She is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of CPAs and is deeply committed to giving back. She serves as Vice President and Honorary Treasurer of the Association of Women Accountants (Hong Kong) Limited, where she also chairs their Community Services efforts.

Meena Datwani
A former Senior Advisor, Financial Services & Regulatory Affairs at EY, Meena Datwani is currently serving as a part-time consultant with K-Pay, a payment service provider, advising them on risk and compliance issues. As an ethnic minority who has lived in Hong Kong most of her life, Meena finds great satisfaction in serving as a Board Member of Pathfinders. She also serves as the Chair of the Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of Hong Kong and is actively engaged in community-building activities in Wanchai District.
